COVID-19 Virus Shutdown, Day 54

I channeled my 1950s hostess today and made celery sticks with cream cheese and walnuts.

I needed a veggie to go with my artichoke chicken and saffron rice

I've ordered a lot of blueberries, so I am thinking to make something with it.
There's blueberry buckle that I know is good. Something like this:

Then there is this lemon blueberry cake.

For those of you growing seedlings and have begun hardening them off, make sure you skip friday, we might see some snowflakes. And Friday night we are definitely getting a hard freeze.

I started  some celery stems and cauliflower, although i'm fairly certain the cauliflower won't grow, just like the broccoli didnt. And still no root on my romaine lettuce. But i will have a bunch of onions!

I did find that my asparagus had peeked out! Just an inch or so, but I'll have to make sure to harvest before friday.

Hope that you are having a relaxing evening.
Stay safe, sane and healthy!
